1. Booking & Confirmation

All cab bookings are confirmed upon minimal partial advance receipt or dispatch confirmation through our 24/7 desk.

2. Fare & Payment Settlement

Outstation one-way and round-trip fares include vehicle rental, fuel, and chauffeur allowance. Toll taxes, state entry taxes, and parking fees (if applicable) are settled at actuals. Remaining balance must be settled with the driver upon trip completion.

3. Vehicle Cleanliness & Luggage

All vehicles are 100% AC and sanitized. Luggage capacity guidelines for Hatchback (2 bags), Sedan (3 bags), and SUV (4+ bags) should be respected for passenger safety.

4. Cancellations & Modifications
